Christmas Gift Guide 2016: Tech Obsessed

Aren’t we all a bit tech-obsessed these days? Gone are the days of tech gifts meaning an iron or a games console, some gifts are much more exciting…

One of the great things about tech gifts is that they can be fun as well as functional. An idea that definitely falls under ‘fun’ is the Lucky Voice Karaoke Kit (£60), which works with your laptop or tablet to create a karaoke party to remember this Christmas! Another fun gift is a micro Bluetooth speaker which can get the party started anywhere, and I love this Pantone colour version (£35) which is super bright and so much fun.

Give the gift of cosying up with a box set over the holidays, with the Amazon Fire TV Stick. It’s just £35 and allows the viewer to watch piles of films, box sets or catch-up TV with ease.

Glam headphones are a fabulous choice for music lovers and sound obsessives, and I love the look of the Kreafunk ones, which are £80 and come in pastel tones (swoon!) with gold trim. The sound is also gorgeous, super crisp and clear.

Speaking of swooning over gold, I am obsessed with the gold version of the classic Instax camera! Isn’t it gorgeous? You can take lots of snaps of the action and keep them forever, plus it would look perfect in that all-important #shelfie. For photography fiends in general, a chic camera bag is a great gift and I love this super-fun cow print one! But if your photographer friend is much more of a phone paparazzo, they can still get the special feeling of print with a phone photo printer – the Prynt one isn’t cheap at £140 but comes in lots of fun colours and delivers clear, crisp photos to cherish.
